A pair of scale finely engineered model garrison guns of circa 1860,
built by K.C. Rains, each with brass barrels, wooden carriage with brass furnishings and wheels, elevations wedge, traverse poles, rammer/sponges, bucket and shot, finished in varnish and polished brightwork and mounted on a baize display base, mahogany framed plexiglass case, each -- 3 x 8.1/8in. (9 x 20.5cm.)
