Of typical form, the cinquefoil frame raised on four scroll and shell supports, applied with an asymmetrical cast foliate scroll cartouche, engraved with a coat-of-arms, and with central baluster ring handle, fitted with three baluster casters with pierced high domed covers and two cut-glass bottles with silver covers, the casters engraved with the same arms, the bottle covers and handle engraved with a crest, marked on base, handle, casters and caster covers--9in. (23cm.) high
