Circa 1775, interlaced L's mark to all four, two with date letter X for 1775, painters marks for Buteux fils an and for Thvenet and gilder's mark for Chauvaux l'an to three, the fourth with painter's mark for Thvenet and gilder's mark for Chauvaux l'an
Each of baluster form with scroll handle, painted in colours with a loose bouquet reserved on the pink ground within a gilt cartouche of reeds issuing flowers

Three more ice cups from this as yet unidentified dessert service of 1775 were acquired by Mrs. Marjorie Merriweather Post.
