The cinquefoil stand raised on four shell and scroll feet, the frame with applied asymmetrical rococo cartouche engraved with a coat-of-arms, the knopped baluster central standard with multi-scroll and leaf-clad ring handle, the three casters baluster, on spreading circular foot, applied with a molded mid-band and rim, the high domed covers with alternating pierced anthemion and trelliswork, with baluster finial, the facetted cut-glass bottles with silver domed covers and similar finial, the casters engraved with the same coat-of-arms within a rococo cartouche, the bottle covers engraved with a crest, marked on stand, handle, casters and caster covers--9 1/4in.
