Original label (bin-soiled). Original metal capsule. Excellent level for age: 4.5cm below cork
Unquestionably a great vintage. As in Bordeaux, nature did the pruning and old-fashioned winemaking did the rest. Spring frost, followed by remarkably early and speedy flowering and a hot summer with low rainfall resulting in a small crop of highly concentrated ripe grapes.
