A marvellous wine. Opaque and concentrated in cask, with the unmistakeable Lynch-Bages crisp blackcurrent (70 Cabernet Sauvignon) aroma. By far the deepest and most intense in a vertical tasting in 1984 of vintages ranging from '71 to '83. Crisp, full, fleshy, full of flavour and zest.
