Armagnac, Semp--Vintage 1928 Tasting note: The 1928 has a burnt amber, amontillado colour with a classic green tinge. There is a very ripe fruit on the nose, making it marvelously floral for an armagnac this age. Wood is present, but barely noticeable. This armagnac is richly flavoured on the palate, still very youthful, but with a lively satin complexity and fine spirit, dry finish.
