The circular filled base with a band of stiff leaf-tips and gadroons and a further band of flutes, a leaf and gadrooned knop and a flat knop supporting the tapering stem with a band of leaf-tips, the urn-form candleholder fitted with a detachable reeded stepped support formed as a flaming torch, centering three scrolling reeded arms with leaf and gadrooned rims and galleries for shades
