A SILVER TWO HANDLED TRAY, bearing marks for John Cotton & Thomas Head II, London, 1793, with later flat chased frieze, rounded rectangular, engraved with coat of arms and crest, with in shaped oval, rocaille and foliate, enclosed cartouche, later chased with broad frieze of bold partly matted flowering foliage, scrolls and rocaille, with applied gadrooned rim, and two part foliate, shell headed, gadrooned loop handles--length over handles 27¾in. (70.4cm.), 120oz.
