Circular, the centre painted with officers of the Life Guards Izmailovskii Regiment by A. Nesterov within gilt border, the rim with gilt cisel Imperial eagles and a shako over crossed swords and foliate spray on gilt ground, the base inscribed 'Sous-Officier Tambour et Fifre du Rt. de la Garde Ismailofsky' and signed by the artist in Russian, marked on base
