A village scene in winter with peasants by a river

Although apparently not referred to as the work of Frans de Momper by Klaus Ertz in his monograph, Josse de Momper der Jngere, etc., Freren, 1986, the handling of the present lot appears to be similar to those winter landscapes that he attributes to Frans, that is his figs. 342, 344 and 360-362.
