Capricci of figures amongs classical ruins

The monogram is that of Tomajuoli, who provided the staffage, and who collaborated with Coccorante on other occasions (B. De Dominici, Vite dei Pittori, Scultori e Architetti Napoletani, Naples, 1742, III, p. 566); see, for example, the Rovine con Perseo e la Medusa in the Pucci Collection, Naples (N.
