of heart-shape, the front part overlaid in 9ct gold and engraved with flowers and foliage, Birmingham 1897 -- 4.5cms; a white metal vesta case engraved with scrollwork, the front with applied gold plaque depicting a snooker hall scene -- 5.2cms; and a further rectangular vesta case, the cover opening to reveal a cigarette holder and compartment, C.& C., Chester 1908 -- 5.8cms
