The cylindrical cigar stand on spreading circular foot, with four attached smaller cylindrical tubs on scroll feet, the lower body engraved and acid etched with floral scrollwork, the border with pierced foliate and shell band, the interior gilt, the shaped quatrefoil stand on four foliate scroll feet, with conforming decoration and monogrammed central medallion, the border applied with engraved iron plaques, marked under salver, also marked with 1893 Columbian Exposition stamp and 11198/4179
