High pressure live steam model of the 4-6-2 Duchess-type Pacific Locomotive and Tender No. 6294
built by M. Mayer, painted in lined lake, with twin double-acting cylinders, working Walschaerts valve gear, with screw reversing, axle-driven pump, all usual steam fittings, five tube boiler fitted with spirit lamp (convertible to coal firing), sprung chassis, tender fitted with water tank and feed pump, 1950s, restored by M. Weedon, 1990-1994 (G, slight blemish to paint finish on tender sides) with four Exley mainline corridor coaches (repainted in lake) (5)
