with hatched sconces running to foliate drip-pans issuing from scrolling foliate branches; each body of globular baluster form with wreaths to the fronts; beading; rectangular base with four gilt-metal feet; each one -- 15in. (38.8cm.) high; a pair of French gilt-metal candlesticks, possibly 19th Century; a polychrome porcelain vase with giltwood base, adapted asa lamp base and a celadon-glazed vase of square section, also adapted as a lamp base and with peirced metal base and cover.
