A 1967 agreement between Roger McGuinn, Chris Hillman, Michael Clarke and David Crosby. Due to irreconcilable differences with David Crosby, the band members agree that it is in the best interest of all that Crosby resign and transfer his share of the partnership to the others. Crosby agrees that for the sum of $15,000 he will assign and transfer his rights and interests in The Byrds. Contains original ink signatures of McGuinn, Hillman, Clarke and Crosby's attorney.
