(8 3/4 x 7 1/8 in.), matted and bound into maroon morocco gilt album by Riviere & Son, broken, title-leaf detached and frayed, very minor soiling, with printed title "Original Sketches by Phiz... From the Collection of Mrs. Purnell of Bath at whose house H. K. Browne used to stay". The drawings are free-hand sketches, most with captions in Browne's hand; pencil inscriptions on versos of the first and third drawings state that they were executed during a visit to Mrs. Purnell.
