AMERICAN CONGRESS around WE ARE ONE, names of 13 states within links around (Newman 1-C; Y.p.33), slight stains by C and first N of CONTINENTAL, otherwise much original colour, at least extremely fine for the issue, an unusually fine example, particularly rare thus
