Pattern Halfpenny, 1799 (early Soho), by Kuchler, struck in bronzed copper, obverse similar to preceding coin, rev. inverted, middle prong of trident points to left of first limb of N, triangle of dots on rock, the top dot broken off, date more widely spaced, shield with thin rim, no grass on rock, ship with incuse gunports, flaw across A in legend, some leaves on branch weak, edge grained, (P.- KH10 cf.KH20), spot on obverse, otherwise good extremely fine, unrecorded by Peck
