on piece 1857 (19 Jan.) large part front to Hobart bearing 1855 2d. green (2), one very fine with mainly large margins, the other touched at left, both cancelled by the very rare handstruck "4" and showing "MACQUARIE/PLAINS" h.s. with manuscript date above and arrival "PRE-PAID" d.s. in red.
