cover 1859 triple rate entire (209x92mm.) from Launceston to London, marked "pr first mail overland via Marseilles" and "pr Salsette", bearing 1857 4d. blue pair (cut-into at one corner) and a single in combination with 1858 1/- dull vermilion (2, one touched at left, placed inverted), each cancelled "69" and showing diamond-framed Launceston d.s. tying one of the 1/- values.
