A massive pair of Chinese black lacquer rectangular panels and stands
inlaid in celadon and spinach jade, rose quartz, lapis, malachite and other hardstones with various vesselos containing peonies, lotus, chrysanthemums and a bowl of fruit on wood stands set within a wooden frame inlaid in mother-of-pearl and brass with flower sprigs and geometric designs, the hardwood stands inset with further jardinieres of flowers within carved panels of Buddhist lions playing with brocade balls and intertwined geometric and floral designs -- 88.5 in. (224.8 cms) high overall, 19th/20th Century.
