A Chinese blue and white oblong octagonal tureen, cover and stand
with pomegranate spray finial and hares' head handles, painted with scenes of a lady and gentleman in a flowering riverside garden, the stand with pavilions set among pine, willow and rockwork in a mountainous river landscape within a floral border -- the stand 15in. (40cms) wide, 18th century, (stand with small rim chips and nibbles).
