The deep bowl resting on a ring foot inlaid in white and black slip with cranes, clouds and flowers, the interior decorated with four cranes flying amongst regular rows of clouds centering a band of linked rui, a band of linked circles-and-dots and a chrysanthemum spray, a band of key frets at the rim, the exterior inlaid with a wide band of chrysanthemum medallions and leaf scroll between narrower bands of lappets, clouds and fretwork, covered overall by a celadon glaze--6 7/8 in.
