A famille rose cream jug and cover
painted and gilt with a floral panel enclosing an amorous couple reclining on leaves, flanked by a female attendant, all below scrolling foliage on a honeycomb ground -- 4in. (12cm.) high; and a further cream jug and cover with a central panel of a basket of peonies on a Y-pattern ground further reserved with panels of further peonies and chrysanthemums -- 4in. (10.3cm.) high, both 18th Century, (small area of restoration to cover of former).
