of plain cylindrical form, which unscrews in sections, (each one numbered) to real and compartment containing a mounted glass ink bottle with screw-down covr and another compartment with two tabular sections for quills, inscribed on the exterior, "Thomas Picknell, Jan 13th 1821, initialled and crested, by George Pearson, 1819 - 11cm high, 5oz weighable silver.
