etching, aquatint and drypoint in colors, 1898, on laid paper, signed in orange pencil, a proof of an undescribed state printed with extensive shading on the figure and a distinct wallpaper pattern (de Crauzat describes only one state, lacking these features, in an edition of 25 plus 14 color trial proofs), with wide margins, pale staining and surface soiling showing in the margins, a tiny skinned patch in the bottom margin, otherwise in good condition, framed
