Baluster, the silver-mounted foot rim applied with flowerheads at intervals, the cut-glass faceted body part-fluted, the scroll handle with ribbing and etched elongated flower, the neck mount with etched and applied flowers and leaves against a matted ground above a scrolling band, with slightly everted rim, marked under base
