Dec. 21" ms. pmk. of origin, ms. "via San Francisco", the U.S. stamps pay the U.S. transcontinental rate of 6c (for over 3,000 miles), the Hawaiian "Missionary" applied on arrival paid the 5c Hawaiian rate with the 2c ship fee presumably paid in cash, interior of the cover has been professionally silked and with a very trivial tiny cover repair just below the Hawaiian stamp,
