"via Boston and Halifax" and "per Steamer Niagara", black "Boston Br. Pkt. Jun 21" exchange h.s. on reverse, carried by the Cunard Line packet Niagara, Halifax and Prince Edward Island backstamps, another P.E.I. c.d.s. on front, with red pencil "missent to" with accumulated due markings (paid in Sydney 80c+25c=1.05), "Sydney, C.B." backstamp, ms. "8" due mark, this cover paid the 3c British Packet rate from Boston to Halifax (a rate in effect for only a year and a half), a very fine example of a very rare usage to St. Pierre and Miquelon photo
