Centered by a parrot standing upon a rocky plinth, the rocaille C-scroll ormolu plinth issuing two naturalistic tree-form branches, each with foliate-cast drip-pan and nozzle on a rocaille and C-scroll cast base, the porcelain numbered in ink inside '1300'
