A PAIR OF EARLY LOUIS XV GILTWOOD TABOURETS
Circa 1725
Each with waved rectangular drop-in seat covered in crimson silk-velvet with embroidered border, above a gadrooned frieze and pierced seat-rail carved with basket-weave and scrolling rocaille centered by a rockwork pierced cabochon, on shell-headed cabriole legs trailed with acanthus and scroll feet
