Circa 1745, the Meissen figures 18th Century, after a model by J. J. Kndler
Each with a central putto after the models by J. J. Kndler, one emblematic of Summer the other of Autumn from the Four Seasons, one harvesting wheat, the other drinking wine, on a spreading concave-sided square pedestal, issuing to the reverse naturalistic candle- branches mounted with porcelain flowers and with pierced foliate drip-pans and nozzles, on a shaped circular base cast with rockwork and foliage, both figures with chips to extremities of feet, the figure of summer with restored breaks to porcelain plinth
