The white enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic chapters with pierced ormolu hands, the twin going barrel movement with silk-suspended pendulum and count wheel strike on a bell, within an octagonal drum with engine-turned bezel supported by an eagle with out-stretched wings on a concave-molded and stepped oblong octagonal base mounted with dolphins flanking a wreath-wrapped garland on bun feet
