The rectangular gilt-tooled red leather-inset top above a frieze drawer flanked by two drawers on each side, over a rectangular knee hole, the sides fitted with leather-lined slides, the uprights with flaming lotus torch mounts, on square tapering legs headed by capitals, with square brass caps, the underside with an ink inscription 6222 and MEUBLES ET BRONZES/ANCIENS/HOPILLIANT & LEROY/A PARIS/12 RUE DES SAINTS-PRES, remounted
