Syria, King Antiochos I (280-261 BC), Tetradrachm, 17.0 gms., mint of Seleucia-on-the-Tigris, diademed head of Antiochos I right, rev Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding bow and arrow, legend and monograms in field (cf. Houghton CSE 950), together with Seleukid Kingdom portrait Tetradrachms of Antiochos VII and Antiochos IX, revs. Athena standing left, holding spear, shield, and Nike, all in wreath, and another of Demetrios I, rev. Tyche enthroned, very fine or better, some with faint scratches or encrustation (4)
