Baluster form, on circular molded foot with scroll handle, the front engraved with Russian Imperial coat-of-arms in a circular reserve, the base engraved with inventory number 9 and also stamped 9, prick engraved with Cyrillic lettering and engraved with a scratchweight 15=19=, marked with maker's mark struck four times
