A SMALL WHITE-GLAZED FLOWER-FORM WINECUP
ENCIRCLED YONGZHENG SIX-CHARACTER MARK AND OF THE PERIOD

The deep, thinly potted sides carved and finely incised on the exterior with a wide band of petals rising to the slightly lipped rim from a narrower band of petals with raised outlines above the foot, the interior with two anhua dragons in mutual pursuit

Lot Essay

A pair of bowls of this pattern and size is illustrated by Wirgin, Chinese Ceramics from the Axel and Nora Lundgren Bequest, pl. 56, no. 74.
