Squadron Leader George Sarefield Clark was commissioned into the A.S. and D. Branch of the Royal Australian Air Force in July 1940 and served with No. 21 (B.) Squadron in the New Guinea theatre of war between 1942-43. He was discharged at his own request in July 1945.
