A Trooper's rare brass helmet, the rear of the skull mounted with Acanthus sprays, plate with post-1837 Royal Arms and battle-honour WATERLOO, band inscribed 1ST OR THE KING'S DRAGOON GUARDS, embossed crest with demi-lion finial, and tapering chinscales secured by large Rose bosses (lining and chinscales largely defective, several securing-studs missing from crest)
