Private Duncan Dan McLeod, aged 42 years, of Balculcaish, Cawdor, Nairn was wounded at Gallipoli in August 1915 and killed in action on 7.6.1916 during a raid on German trenches at Bois Grenier. He is buried in Ration Farm Military Cemetery, La Chappelle, Armentires.
