Corporal John Duncan Beurley Craig, of the 2nd Ontario Regiment, was killed in action on 9.4.1917 during the attack on Hill 145 on the first day of the Battle of Vimy Ridge. He is buried in Bois Carre Military Cemetery, Thelus.
