EBENEZER OLIPHANT, EDINBURGH, 1751 each on a shaped square base with incurved sides, the corners alternatively cast with masks and rocaille cartouches, the octagonal inverted baluster stems with similarly cast knops and plain elongated spool-shaped sockets, engraved with a crest* and motto to the sunk centre bases, assaymaster Hugh Gordon - 24cm high, 43oz.
