On domed circular base, the pear-shaped fluted body with applied beaded border, the detachable high domed openworked cover with large vase finial; the cup-shaped foot decorated with three farmer scenes and an applied medaillon, on top a windmill with at the back a blowpipe, stairs and clock which moves when the sails in front are in motion
