VIEWS -- A small 4° album, [early 19th century], largely unused, but containing three original miniature gouache views of Pressano, Ponticci, and the Bay of Naples (115 x 80mm.), mounted in, also a larger watercolour of two Italian peasants with Vesuvius in the background, one watercolour view of a Jacobean castellated mansion (185 x 230mm.), and another of a farmhouse, possibly in Switzerland (167 x 208mm., loosely inserted), together with several portrait sketches, contemporary blue morocco gilt (extremities worn).
