The open cartouche-shaped frame with tiered scrolling branches supporting petal cut drip pans and baluster-shaped candle sockets, radiating about a central baluster and faceted knopped column, the frame intersected with spire-shaped finials, hung overall with faceted pendants and terminating in a large faceted orb pendants
