Worked in blue, lavender and burgundy cotton and wool in the Diamond-in-the-Square pattern, the blue diamond with star enclosed by Princess Feather wreath and tulip stitching surrounded by lavender floral vine-stitched sashing and blue corner blocks and diamond-quilted spandrels framed by another lavender floral vine-stitched sashing with burgundy corner blocks, all within a scrolling vine-stitched blue border with similarly quilted red corner blocks, with lavender binding
