A REGENCY BRASS-MOUNTED ROSEWOOD CHIFFONIERE
Attributed to Gillows, circa 1815
The superstructure with mirrored back and quatrefoil pierced brass gallery on fluted and foliate columnar lacquered brass supports above a breakfronted Portor marble top, the case with a pair of grille-inset doors backed with pleated silk flanked by open shelves to each side and interspersed with foliate and molded corbels on gadrooned bun feet
