The magnum with an excellent label - magnum No. 000001. Level very top-shoulder. Capsule slightly corroded. The bottles with bin-soiled labels, slightly damaged. Levels top-shoulder
Tasting note: Deep, dumb and peppery but packed with fruit. Its opacity and intensity of appearance has never faltered but the crisp, rich Cabernet Sauvignon nose has loosened. Given even a short time in glass displaying the classic Mouton style. Originally dry, tannic, now with a distinct incoming sweetness, still full-bodied, yet soft and opulent. A glorious wine. *****
